En Suite Room Farmstay Accommodation

We have four spacious, individual lakeside ensuite rooms, the bed configurations of which are listed below and for which a floor plan is available. Designated by one of the common bird species in the garden and tastefully decorated with views of the garden’s thriving wetland habitat,all rooms have a large en suite with double showers and toiletries and are air conditioned/heated.
A room bar fridge is stocked with complimentary drinks.There is also a separate guest lounge with a TV, fridge, crockery, cutlery, microwave, electric frypan, electric wok and rice cooker.
Continental breakfast provisions are included in the tariff and include a selection of cereals, fruit, fruit juice, our free range eggs, milk, tea, coffee, home made jams and bread for toast.

  • Room 2 Honeyeater Room- 1 Queen bed and 1 single
  • Room 3 Spinebill Room- 1 King bed and 1 single

PLEASE NOTE: GIVEN OUR ENVIRONMENTAL FOCUS AND THE TRANQUILITY OF OUR LOCATION,WE DO NOT HAVE A TV IN ALL THE ROOMS. A TV IS AVAILABLE IN ROOM 4 and THE GUEST LOUNGE. THE 3 BEDROOM GARDEN GUESTHOUSE ALSO HAS A TV.WE DO NOT HAVE BATHS OR SPAS AS A MEANS OF PRESERVING OUR RAINWATER SUPPLY.

You can also enjoy early morning or evening strolls along the waters edge, through the spacious gardens with vistas and panoramas of the surrounding countryside accompanied by the songsters of the Australian bush.

Facilities

All lakeside en suite rooms contain a bar fridge with complimentary drinks, tea and coffee, alarm clock radios, remote temperature control, spacious ensuites with double showers, hair dryer, shampoo, towels, and information on regional attractions. Ample hanging space is provided on wall hooks and a wardrobe.

The Garden also has an outdoor BBQ area by the lake.

Other facilities include 'country' clay tennis court, row boats, bush walking track and picking fresh fruit and berries in season.

Our lakeside en suite room tariffs and inclusions

The standard lakeside en suite room rate for 2 people for 1 night in rooms 1,2,3 is $195. Additional people, $50 per person per night.

Room 4 (2 bedrooms, TV) $245 for 1 night for 2 people, $395 for 2 nights for 2 people, $545 for 3 nights for 2 people. Additional people,$50 per person per night.

Our lakeside en suite room rates for 2 people for stays of more than one night for rooms 1,2 and 3, are:

  • 2 nights - $350 for 2 people
  • 3 nights - $450 for 2 people
  • 4 nights - $550 for 2 people
  • 5 nights - $650 for 2 people

Additional people in a room, $50 per person per night
No charge for children ,under 2 years. Cot provided if required.

Single accommodation is available in one of our lakeside en suite rooms with a queen bed. 1 night $160, then 2 nights $260, 3 nights $360 etc.

Included in the tariff:

  • All lakeside en suite room rates include continental breakfast provisions in the guest lounge/dining room, complimentary drinks from the bar fridge and tea and coffee making.The guest lounge with kitcenette adjoins the en suite rooms. All bedding is provided, towels, toiletries, and access to all facilities listed above.
  • Room service is provided for stays longer than 2 days unless requested otherwise.

Note: Group rates, utilising our en suite rooms and the fully self contained 3 bedroom Garden Guesthouse are available on request and depend on numbers of people and length of stay.

  • Numbers of adults and children.
  • Home and mobile telephone contact.
  • Email address
  • Dates required (arrival and departure)
  • Room types preferred if available (eg Kookaburra Room)
  • Special requests eg (disabled facilities)
  • Credit card details (number, expiry, verification code required) full payment required on arrival

We endeavour to answer all email enquiries within 6 hours under normal circumstances.

Note: Reservations can only be confirmed with the provision of credit card details (name, number, expiry and verification code).Providing credit card details via email does not guarantee security of the information provided.Cancellation fees apply and are taken from the credit card details provided if applicable.

Cancellation fees

  • Less than 14 days before arrival date - 20% of total amount
  • Less than 7 days before arrival date - 50% of total amount
  • Less than 1 day before arrival date - 100% of total amount

Cancellation fees are automatically taken from the credit card details provided and may be used as a deposit for alternative future dates as available
